I’ve always felt everything so deeply, but kept so much of it to myself. I always wondered if I would ever find a way to express it all. Today, know l am.

This painting is a reflection of all the sadness that had nowhere to go. Looking at it now, I realize that even the things that once felt heavy can become something beautiful.

Maybe feeling too much isn’t so bad after all.
